It's still grey, red, and black. I tried 1x11 and if I went that way I would lose either high or low speed abilities. Currently it is a 25-39 crank with an 11-36 cassette. When riding with my friends that are on 1x11 or the 1x10 42 ring setups I climb just as well but have more speed on flat land.

 it looks like your crank is blacked out which would be sick! this bike is coming along very nicely, all you need to do is go 1x! haha
