warrenty job i think!!! must be a manufactoring error! a bike should not snap in 4 weeks, unless you totally stacked it big time. but then the wheels are ok and they usally go first!

The 06 stinkys have a tendency to bend the supports easy just bring it back they will replace it with full braces instead of hallow ones.

yeah man, I'm glad I got mine in 03! My stinky Deelux has had no problems yet!! I've been riding it for 2 and a half seasons and I ride hard. Only thing gone is the crank. Everything I upgraded I did cause I wanted to.
