Does she bake or boil the Kaboycha. I like it baked with a bit of of spice. Soup sounds great. Perhaps with toasted pumkin seeds sprinkled on top.

Wait a minute isnt Kabochya green on the out side and wonderfully orange and very tasty on the inside? mmmmmmmmm Kabochya.

Yes, the Kabocha is a very delightful pumpkin but its hard to carve into a jack-o-lantern as its so dense but its very delicious. My wife makes a wonderful soup, very tasty!
