At first when I saw this picture I thought that it was one of the most amazing pictures I have ever seen, but looking closer I realized whitey_boy was right. This picture was taken from a trampoline because first off, this trick is basiclly impossible unles you have a dirt jump that is about 20 feet tall, and even then his bike would probally drop from underneath him and it would be a crash that would cripple him. Also no one would ever attempt this at night. Secondly, if you look at his album (like whitey_boy said) he has pictures of his new TRAMPOLINE bike that has the same exact background trees as this picture. Thirdly, if you look at his album you will see that his only tricks include 3 stars and table tops and there would be no way that he would suddenly be granted powers to pull that. In conclusion to these logical steps, this photo was almost unarguably from a trampeoine. Good job guys, you almost had me fooled with this amazingly stunning picture, but I wouldn't get on you if you had of actually told the truth.

OK, not to take back my previous comment, I just wanted everyone to realize that I am totally saying that thats a sick photo, trampoline, photoshopped or real. The sillouette is amazing and that is a sweet trick on a tramp and if it is real I am in compleate awe. The only problems though is what I stated earlier and that is what makes me believe that it is on a tramp. It would be, as I said, near impossible (from my perspective) not just because I have never seen it before, but he would have to make an insane grab or he would have crashed and ended up in the hospital. The bike is just too far away for it to be reasonable in my mind. Yea, I hear you guys saying that I am just jealous, well sure, I wish I could do that but as I expalined, I don't get how it would work. And you guys say that you have it on video, well e-mail me and I might purchase it just for this, but for now, I just don't believe you.

but I think that its photoshopped - the time of the exposure is very short, so the moon wouldn't be visible, ISO must have been at least 3200 so it's impossible, it's almost dusk!!and the time of exposure is I think about 1/200, how come?

This is the best POD I've seen in weeks, maybe even months. All black silhouette, moon in the back drop, and Peter Pan soaring through the night sky, flying high above the moonlit trees. Totally cool.
This has to be photo shopped or at least not him because he doesn't have any other pictures close to the trick difficulty of that. And he has other pictures he admits to photo shopping in his album.

For all the people who say "How do you know this is not on the ground?" Who cares it would be pretty damn hard to jump into the air and streach out like that while on the ground. I actually think it would be HARDER to do that while on the ground. Bottom line, it's sick and if you can't do don't try to claim it's impossible or photoshoped. Just get over it, there are always kids better than you.

POD - picture of the decade........ if it's real........ which i don't think it is, mainly because the definition of the rider - the one flying through the air at a speed of knots - is about ten times batter than that of the still background
Not sure if its a PS job, and dont care. Iv seen it done on a MX bike so dont see why it couldnt be done on a mtb. If it is real you are a hell of a good rider, if fake you are very good with PS. Either way I love it.

i think some one held up the bike and he was jumping on the tramp by himself, with his gear on. because the background of the tramp pics are the same, with the tree line. but its still a great shot with or without the rider.

thats not photshopped you can see the background through the little holes in his helmet. his back wheel is in mid air same as the rest of his bike its just the trees in the background. any whoever is the idiot up near the top saying its a tramp bike pic has gotta be having a laugh you dont take a bike on to the trampoline with brakes wheels tyres cranks etc you donut look at his other pictures a tramp bike is basicaly a frame fork bar and stem and not much else. quick addition. I didnt realise how many egos wer on this site, no matter who you are, you are NEVER the best. That trick is possible, no doubt. I have a mag from 1997 of a guy doin a backflip on a mtb and there were lots of claims that it was fake and only possible on a bmx. Ill let you make your own choice from that.

Love the pic, but have to agree. Any shot in the dark that picks up stars has to have a long shutter speed, not only would spokes be blurred but the whole bike and rider would be blurred unless this camera has an exceptionally sensitive CCD. I think rider snapped on a tramp, bike snapped anywhere - both darkened and pasted on this nice background shot. Good job no matter how created....

that is photoshoped, look at his spokes, they are 3 times thicker than normal spokes, and looking, the photo is no skill at all, its a silouette with a rider cut out and turned black, takes 15 minutes tops

umm i whould say photoshoped... becouse of the lighting, how it fades from the sunset to blue then black. when have you ever seen a sunset like that? the back round suggest a long exspsure but how crisp the rider is suggest's nothing lower then a SS of 60 or 100.
