this is a biking website... BUT HOLY f*ck!!! thats sick
on skis its accutally easier to style than to not style because if you dont you tend to flail and nose bomb a bit... but frickin sick rd gap!
what is this Newschoolers.com? i think thats CR johnson, but rly that pic is so old its hard to remember.
skiers were taking huge air long before anybody had the balls (or the equipment) to do it on a bike. they were the origional extreme athletes.
who cares if it's a biking website we can have some other cool sports in here to!

nice editing you can tell its not real the size of the skier isnt to scale haha but pretty good job editing buds

sorry about those two. I'm not 100% on this but if you look at the skier in realtion to the 2 hydro/light poles i think hes a litte bit too big?
Those arn't hydro?light poles. they are poles to see where the road is in the winter for the snow plowes. They are only 6-8 feet tall

At the risk of being burned at the stake for saying this, but are you sure this is real? I mean, look at the size of the skier and the size of that car...
how about the fact that the skier is closer to the camera than the car ? ... haha imagine wht the drivers thinking at that point "did i just see wht i thought i saw !"
Fake for sure, look at the proportion of the size of the skier to the size of the car. total fake picture.

That's pretty mega, but it just doesn't feel right and I gotta think this was photochopped. Mostly it looks like a valley road, which wouldn't have much of a lander. Also, he has some serious forward momentum and the take off is uphill. Post the location and skier and I'll give it credit; until then I am thinking chopped.
For the record, I am a skier and that size road gap is definitely within reason for a pro freeskier these days. I just don't think this particular shot is real.

Definitely Photoshopped. When you compare the skier to the cars, he's a giant. The spacing if all messed up too near the last two sequence shots.

think its photo shopped cuz the guy would hit the power cables and if they took those down for that one day they probably would have blocked the road off.
Of course the picture is photoshopped, how else do you think you can get a motion picture like that. But for those of you that say the jump is BS, well sorry to burst your bubble but the photograph is for real. The car is further back than the skier who is closer to the camera...thus the skier will obviously look bigger than the car (if you don't believe me, you can try putting a finger up close to your eyes and look at any object in front of you. You're not going to be an idiot and say you're dreaming because your finger looks 10x bigger than the door across the room). The reason why the car isn't in motion as well is because only the first photograph of the motion picture was kept for the car, and all the other photos to do with the motion of the skier was layered across the top of the picture, that's how these photographs are done.
