Men's Health 'Survival of the Fittest' 10k run. London, Wembley, 22.11.2014. …...........................................…........................................... 5900 competitors split into 23 waves. Possible one of the toughest but fun things I've ever done. This year the course was harder than expected - we got soaked right at the beginning of the run, following with number of canal crossing, multiple wall climbing (the last one was 2.4m height), monkey bars, slides, scaffolding labyrinth etc. 4 days after the run my legs are aching like hell, but you know what – I don't care :) It was a great experience, body and stamina test and I'm definitely up for something similar again! Podium position out of 260 runners in wave 9 was just icing on the cake :) …...........................................…...........................................
