It really helps your flow when trail riding. We are lucky in Vancouver, there is a track in every suburb. 4 in the Vancouver area and 2 more just outside. Unfortunately every outdoor track is soggy and wet this time of year. Completely unridable. They do an indoor BMX series Nov and Feb which fills in the gap nicely. Both my boys are riding BMX now too, so it is great to have a shared sport. And a good excuse to convince the wife to let me buy more bike stuff.
