I got similar kneepads like rastafaris about 15 years ago when I got a pair of crappy playskool skates for christmas. I was about 4 years old though. I´d rather wrap newspaper around my knees than using those crappy knee pads.

there are norco's that do. and ive seen banchie morphine's in stores w/ doul crown. im sure their are others. i rode my norco 250 from 02 to 06 w/double crowns and had no problems. its just cause its a shitty/weak frame.

hey - there are tons of hardtails that are used for dh, look at banshees and .243's

FFS, A hardtail DESIGNED to run tripple's/doubles whatever is FINE, but most hardtails ARE NOT designed to handle the stress, meaning hardtails DESIGNED for dual crown is fine, but that one obviously is not.

This thread is a load of horseshit, first of all you can put a dc fork on certain hardtails, neaver heard of banshee's kegger headtube? guaranteed against cracks or ovalisation with up to an 8" dc fork. I have just suscribe to this site and I saw a bunch of comments about the picture that I don´t even post in here but it´s me anyway. I think that all of you talking about my bike and my knee pads are those kind of people that start doing downhill cause they have money and they do it to impress people with their bikes and uniform but I bet that most of you don´t know a shit about riding a bike. Your insults are just showing your stupidity but maybe that makes you feel good cause when the time to ride comes you can´t even use your bikes for what they where build for. That was the first race that I ever run with the only bike I could afford at the moment, so if you are going to laugh for that go ahead rich boys. Now it´s a different story and I wish that some of you were here or that I could go there to beat you by some minutes and show what the bicycle in that picture teach me a couple of years ago.
