Total douche bag behaviour from Tower Hamlets / Veolia employee. he drove along the elevated and segregated CYCLE PATH in his refuse truck, causing a women riding a bike to crash. He then swore at cyclists and became abusive, before driving off along the cycle path...causing other cyclists to brake hard to avoid him
