it's no mountain bike thats for sure. I believe it's one of those "sit up and beg" or whatever they're called type bikes that you get around amsterdam, you'll never find a make, they all look exactly the same

If it takes a 20" wheel then it could be a CCM Mustang they came in a bunch of different models w/ different names. They came w/ single speed coaster brakes, Duomatics (coaster brake 2-speed), 3-speed internal gear hubs, and as a 5-speed w/ a 5 speed freewheel rear hub laced to 20 x 1 3/8 rims.
