I got a few questions for you if you have the time.

You posted the Bronson II is very similar your old Newmad, but the Bronson II has all the issues addressed you had with the Newmad.

What are some of the things you didn't like about the Newmad?

What are some of the things old Bronson?

Seeing the new bikes from SC has really got me thinking about picking up one, Kinda leaning towards a new SOLO, as on paper it's very similar to my Bronson I but with less wheel travel, which sounds great if I pick up a big bike for park days.

Hey thanks for reaching out. Here's answer's to your questions:

What are some of the things you didn't like about the Newmad?

Low bottom bracket, dull in corners, cramped cockpit, a bit of a tank uphill.

What are some of the things old Bronson?

Steep headtube, very cramped cockpit, awkward pivot below BB, otherwise sweet.

Hope that helps.

Right on! That's the kind of feedback I like to hear. I hear you on the low bottom bracket, I went up on the fork travel on my Bronson I and run 170mm cranks to get more clearance and still get a shit ton of rock strikes. In stock trip I am sure the low BB's are great in most situations but not here in SoCal, lots of rocks!
