Wrong. There is apparently only going to be 4 total riders in the new film. He is not one of them.

oh my gosh, I met steve!! He is sooo nice, he helped fix my broken teocali when I brought it in. Little did I know this was steve. Riders ALWAYS look different at in least 4 ways, wether in videos, pictures, or in person. Its weird.
