dirtmonkey, the whole point of pod is that it presents interesting images of ordinary people riding - when will people understand this. POD isnt a competition to find the gnarliest shot - why is that so hard to understand that? Have you tryed to get a shot where two riders are in the air at once? It isn't as easy as it looks. And please dont take this the wrong way but having 5 pics of your mongoose hardtail as your entire album doesnt really put you in a position to critisise.

Damn it, I said the last post would be the end. Okay, firstly, why do I write an essay on every pod. Because I'm stuck in a boring office job and it passes time. And secondly, Scott, I dont define what pod is, I'm questioning the people who say 'not pod', 'this doesnt deserve pod' - they're the ones who think they know what pod is or should be, not me. All I'm saying is POD shouldnt become 'the most insane trick/location of the day' because those shots are everywhere in mags and other websites and the reason I come to PB is to see normal folk hittin up their local spots. It's simple really.

when will you kids "get it" and realize that this site is about our LIFESTYLE as much as it is about professionals sending it off huge stunts.
this photo really captures the whole point of Mtn.Bike culture......Go outside, ride yer freeking bike, get dirty, have fun, and repeat often.........this is a great bloody photo, way to go flying Finns!!

Over the weekend I started riding the Dirt Jumps at Chicksands. Anyone watching probably thought I had no style either but this doesn't take anything away from the fact I had an amazing weekend and am well chuffed that I've had a go. This picture reminds me of that and for this reason I love it.

dont get me wrong, it is a sick photo, just riding and having a good time with your friends and whatnot, but i think there were other pictures that would of made a better POD, but still..there are many more days where those pictures may be POD. this is just another day with another good picture. it obviosuly made POD for a reason.
