and You would have lost that case of beer - this effect (both arches and the darker area between them) ar normal in this phenomenon, simply called a rainbow, and can be explained. The camera lens has nothing to do with it except for the fact that it (the lens) has to be bright enough to be able to make them visible in the picture... The bigger less visible arch, is always there, whenever one can se a rainbow, just mostly it is so weak that it usualy cannot be seen.

POD does not have to be somebody doing something incredibly extreme everytime. This picture is awesome, the quality is awesome, and it's one of those pictures that makes you wana run some trails, check out the scenery. As olic said "just enjoying the outside away from smog filled cities and cars"
