Not even close to POD worthy. The trick is good, it's pretty flat, but the photography is horrible. It's grainy, there is way too much flash, the rider isn't suppose to be exactly in the center of the frame (3x3 rule), and if there isn't going to be anything besides the rider in the picture, then zoom in and have him take up at least 60% of the frame.

dont get me rong, its a great pic and hes airing it out HUGE, but POD isnt about just getting huge air.it really has to be a true kodac moment to deserve it and this picture just doesnt deserve POD

ha ha. pod has become a bit of a 'put down the pod'. But in all fairness your buddy's doing it, he's out there flowing the trails while all these gimps are critisizing and their albums are either 8 shots of their bike - or 200 shots of the sick new crate they've proped up against a kerb by their house and are learning no-footers off. I think people loose sight of the fact that when you see someone boosting a fat table - it's a good thing and you should give props! (not just the button clicky kind). I dont care about graininess (if I do a burst on my shitty camera it comes out way grainier) the feeling of the shot is still there. Nice.
