Nice building man, looks like you know your stuff. But I don't like how you staggered the rungs, IMO if you bail and your arm/leg slips in there you'll really wish you filled it in a little tighter.

Too small, slats too far apart, I could do better and you should've used 2x4's and old scabby pallets. My granny rode that last week in her wheelchair.
