You listed off blue tic, shepard, etc. I might say Australian Cattle dog (blue heeler)/lab mix. That white spot on his forehead is an ACD trait. All have them. I can't remember what it is called. He looks alot like Radar, our blue heeler/lab mix. Cute as hell either way! Radar loves to chase on the trails....
