Anyone know how to fix this? The lever is stuck all the way in and provides no stopping power. I've bled the system and can't see any leaks

Did you try to pull back the lever before bleeding, it looks to me from this picture that your master cylinder is at fault here. You will may have to get a lever rebuild kit.

I took apart the lever and that solved the problem however I don't get any power going to the brake so sent it to my LBS
