broken mech hanger, my front wheel rubbed against my friend's back wheel, my bike went a little out of control, back wheel spun round and the wheel just popped off and bent the hanger, it didn't snap until i tried to get it off

from an iron horse? if you get it in cast alluminum it is much stonger
