ya its kinda funny like i said the bikes not clean but the kid that had it before me spray painted them white and hawt pink, i didnt really like the paint job so i started taking it off but i didnt get all of it cause the wheel was still on...

It is a piece of tire wrapped aboud the crown so the fork wont get dented and will not dent the bike.
