Nice Allen key... Where's it from?

It's part of my Wera set. They're £21.50 on Amazon...that's pretty good tbh. They're nice quality.

Do you know which way I should turn the bolt?

@silverfish1974: All Wera kit is nice. I use their VDE screwdrivers to stop me getting fried at work lol
Also have an Allen set like this as well.

Also apparently it's just turn the 8mm hex so it pushes against the 10mm one and it'll pop off.

@GaryOrange5: yeah I wasn't sure what way to turn it as it was tight both ways. But it says left.

@GaryOrange5: I bashed the the hex key with my Park hammer, the plastic head side, it took a good few whacks...it's undone..

Man that was tight...I did it up by hand as well last time!..and put anti-seize on it..

@silverfish1974: But did yo torque it up properly last time? Wink
Better it being tight than the cranks falling off

@GaryOrange5: I know. Well last time I just did it with my hand..with that 8mm hex pictured above. Funny you say that as my left side crank arm was actually loose by a good few mm. I had feeling something wasn't right down there so that's why I was taking them apart. Chainring was starting to come loose as well.

But no I don't have a torque wrench unfortunately.

@silverfish1974: naughty fish, you cant walk the walk unless you talk the torque
