I thought the spesh was already sold man, it's hard to keep up. . Haha. I always liked this one, it just looks so much lighter than everything else.

Yeah bro, still got the three fattys. This is around 31lb, carbon forks, no front pannier fittings, very 29er/XC orientated with low head tube and long top tube. Carrying the 85lb camera bag and equipment the Norco is balanced, bars/seat more in line, hardcore and compact in a size small with 4.5's just fitting in the frame. The Salsa is steepest of the three, the oldest of them, but the best balanced upright ride. I need something like the Norco and Salsa on frame geometry. I did contact Specialized UK today and was going to sell and get a size small, but they said that would be smaller than the Norco, and a Spesh dealer said their range is similar....long, low XC style. Nah, time for change with this one, but will miss the lighter weight.

@FastDHR: Took her off eBay. I cut down a stem extender bolt to make it fit the carbon fork. I now raised the front end 3in without losing the 35mm length or affecting 785mm wide and 30mm rise. Don't look the best but can't see the extender when riding anyway. Rides like the Turner Sultan 29er now, and she was an awesome ride. All I need now is a small tt or triathlon bag on the top tube/stem to hide the height.
