Clips are good for 4x.

Road mechs and road cassettes are for roadies but plenty of people use them on their mountain bikes.

clips are good and people have proved it, some people prefer flats and can ride just as fast as some other people on clips. its about what people like so its pointless people posting shit up on the internet about it, I used to ride flats and switched to clips and now like them both!
