This sweet spot is my novice/intermediate tour running out of Negril heading east on the south coast trail called Hogs Heaven. Six miles later we reach the Blue Hole Mineral Spring to chill out before the ride home. The return can be either the fairly flat Hog's Heaven one and two or the mountain cross for those wanting a few killer climbs home over Mt. Airey.
