it's a 385mm chainstay, but the tires are 26x2.4" - should be damn perfect for learning manuals on!

i'd say YES! be it for trials, street or just tooling, it's a real fun bike to ride. responsive, super-short chainstays make wheelies and manuals easy, jumps nicely and handles well in the air. it's a great frame for not much cash. check out www.tarty-bikes.co.uk for the frame.
