It's a faux bar, single pivot activated linkage. Why would the BB pivot change the fact that it's a single pivot?
It's called a concentric bottom bracket. The rear axle stays the same distance from the bottom bracket while the bike moves through its travel, therefore allowing the bike to be run as a singlespeed.

the colortone of the rims images the coler of the frame pretty well and the setup is pretty sick to you could check out my cowan ds if you like ^^
yea but not all mtbs can use bmx cranks one bike that i no can is the p2 bikes they use bmx cranks when i broke my crank i remember the guy in the store told me to look at the bmx cranks for a replacement.
I doubt it's a Drop Off, it's probably a Dirt Jumper 1. All Marzocchis look the same with the stickers removed.

not a dj3, more like a dj urban which come stock at 110mm because the fork looks like to have more than 100mm
