first of all if your interested in manitou lo9k into the revox instead of the 6 way, but i have the fox dhx 4.0, which is the same thing minus the bottom out adjustment. I love it, and i ended up switching from the manitou to my 40 rc2 just to keep up. all in all there all great shocks im sure.

My order of choice would be: 1:double-barrle, 2:Fox 5.0, 3:Roco, and NEVER MANITOU!!!

if you've got the money for the double barrel i'd say go for it if not my second choice would be the DHX 5

fox 5.0 is the dopest but the problem with 5.0's r that if they f*ck up u have to send it away to fox to repair it and a shop cant, it takes a while

The double barrle is made by Ohlinns racing, so if it f*cks up, just take it to any MX shop and they can fix it!!!

To be honest, i have the kona stinky 06 frame with fox dhx 3.0. Im going to get a roco world cup, firstly cause marzocchi has the best reliability in their forks so they should do in their shocks too. Secondly cause it looks alot better then all the others. thirdly because it has all the damping adjustments i would ever need for DH. Lastly because there reasonbly cheap. But the fox dhx5.0 is very good.

i would go with the fox dhx or the roco world cup, i have ridden all of these shocks and the canecreek was good but i found it only good for ubsorbing bumps but not big impacts and my best friend has the 6 way and it is anything BUT smooth but ive ridden a dhx 5.0 many times and it has the bottom out resistence and it is the smoothest shock i have ridden same for the roco
