It broke at the weld and I was wondering if it could be welded back together at a metal shop or something.

Wanna sell me yours? As long as it's a 24. Mine broke when I rolled a rock on downtown (I have no idea how) thats just when it happened. Five spokes also broke and I rode the second half of downtown like that. Just shows how strong it really is, too bad it broke though.
