You damn right mate. Manitou products suck.... Anyone saying otherwise never rode anything else. I've tried them all... Manitou = non-sensitive ride. If you like to be shaken a lot while riding, I suggest you buy Manitou.

Fully redesigned? maybe a couple add ons on the top tube and the cf link but what else am I missing something MAJOR or FULLY REDESIGNED?

flag cokanebike (August 9, 2007 at 16:26) (Below Threshold) show comment
you can fully redesign a bike without making many aesthetic changes... ie. changing the vpp link length or position or changing a bend, or changing rake on the headtube changing the shape of tubing to acquire a stiffer chassis... lots of stuff look at the turner DHR... completely redesigned by switching to round tubing instead of square...

If you own a 05,06,07 then you know that they made changes every yearand that the 08 is TOTALY re-designed, my 06 is f*king killer, and I wish I had the cash to upgrede to the 08, better main frame, rear triangle, higher in the travel for sag, all awsome improvements, what I'm saying is pistol2ne doesn't know his ass from his elbow.

If anyone does not have anything positive to say about this bike, then they obviously do not have the money or resources to purchase this bike. I don't think they could trade in their Supercycle to upgrade. They are probably posers on the trails and say stuff like, "oh I was going to hit that tomorrow for the first time", after the jump or apparatus was dismantiled. Eat crap you losers and get off your high horse.

the only thing what's missing is the revox on the v10,tons and tons better than a dhx5.0,i head both shocks and the reovx is better and ligther, more adjustable and more pedal friendly.V10's are one off the nicest race bikes on the planet.

they put this crazy hardware on the dhx and also on the revox, amazingly you can swap shocks, so s.t.f.u., no one cares about what you would do to a bike you don't and will most likely never own.

yeah all new santacruz r made in taiwan now, not that its a bad thing though cuz a bunch of other cool rides like Specialized are made there as well. Ill prolly stick to domestic bike companies dough. Rocky Mtn. RULEZ!!!!

Good call "someguy101", like you said it's not a bad thing. It's just that most domestic frames are built with a bit more better quality control.
