i can not see why this got the POD. there is a lot of other pictures out there who deserves pod much better then this.

its not the craziest picture, but its super clear and the rider shows up super good since the background is dark

For starters, that is a girl and I bet you'd have to take a few run ins at that entry. May not be pinning it in the picture, but you can be rest assured she can pin it too. Great picture you took there Rob.

Look closer........It's a woman. Nice attention to detail there, skipper. And what's wrong with technical riding? Negotiating a slick, rooted drop in like that is often harder than pinning it on an open trail. Too many teenagers that think they are professional cinematographers and photographers on Pinkbike. The staff isn't lazy, the readers are just prima-donnas!!
