haha-it's a gravel pit so it was a gravel hill with traction on the run in with a blind entrance to it so you have to pedal really hard until you (blindly) go down a steep loose hill with a nice hump at the bottom so that you cant go too fast without airing it even trying to pump it. As for my survival i'm pretty unscathed for such a wipe especially since right where i hit was a wall of rocks used to build the landing but i will probably go back this spring and work like hell on the run in because i know this is possible. I feel pretty stupid but i think it's a dope pic and balls alone might make me worthy of my bike-not that balls are all i've got going for me-luck this time and i know i can do this i'm not just a stupid hucker.

haha I already did the hurting, broke my kneecap, cracked some molars, mashed my hands/sprained a wrist and unless I figure out how to lay out 200 yards of plywood to make the run-in fast enough I don't think I'll be doing it again Wink

the hump thats sloing you down would it be possable to bunny hop onto the backside instead of it forcing you into the air??
as for the run in im not sure how ti fix that you could try sweeping a small path for a small amount of increased traction
