In 05 the 888 with the rebound and compression adjustments was a RC.In 06 The 888 with rebound and compression was a vf2.The 06 888 also came with rebound and two compression adjustments ( high and low speed)was the 888 RC2X.The 06 888 vf was internal rebound adjustment only.
