With weaker flash this would be a lot better, but as I wrote a bit up, the other photo from same place/rider has a lot more potential with more interesting composition...

I get that this isn't a pro photo crit site, but that shouldn't stop ppl from passing helpful comments... this photographer might get an even better shot next time for you to enjoy more... what's so bad about that? This shot would def be improved with a narrower aperture to underexpose the flashes a touch, but is a good pic never the less.
