I'll give YOU a bar! ...whatever that means. Besides, you're the one who has more fequent altercations with gravity. And no, there are no weight restrictions. That frame was only a few pounds, though. 0.5 mm ti on the main frame - it's insanely light.

why does it have handlebars?
arent you going to be leaning really far forward(like touching your toes) just to brake?
surely you can steer with your feet maybe?
