 not a great pod, i'm sick of seeing pro bikers and pro photographers get pods, theres a lot of unseen talent out there and pinkbike should recognize that, not just give pros more publicity, they get enough as it is.

 argh! man alive kids, I don't see how this is not a rad picture. I am the only admin with the power to pick POD's and just because I am so frustrated with the 18 and under crews response to this and other shots that are not crazy stunts I have decided that for the next month all POD's will only be pictures of unicorns and unicorn related items ie: unicorns jumping over rainbows or unicorns flying through clouds.

 I think it is one of the better photos I've ever seen. POD is just that, Picture of the day! Its not "picture of the day from an amature" or "picture of the day that hasn't been in a magazine" or even "pod that is not in a article". In the end its just POD, a really good shot regardless of where its from. I'm sure we could debate what makes a POD but it sure does not have to be taken by an amature, feature some massive jump or trick or be a sunset shot.....or it could be all of those, who knows and who cares!
