Because then i dont have to spend like 1800 bucks on a hardcore freeride bike this was like 1200 and because it was right there for me to take i would have had to wait longer to get a freeride bike

Did you actully pay 1200 for this? For 1200 you could of got a way better bike, especially the fork, that thing won't last long if you doing bigger drops and jumps.

I wouldn't put a dual crown on that, it's just not made for it. It's more of an xc/all mountain bike which would better suit a smaller single crown fork.

And a better bike? What do you suggest for 1200?

Anyway i cant return it ive used it already and if the frame brakes its on life time warranty so ill just get a new frame or a equal amount of money that i paid

yeah u should have looked at used bikes because you could have gotten a really nice used bike for 1200 and that bike goes for like 350 used and like others said i dont think that it will hold up to consistent 8 foot drops and that fork needs to be changed im sorry but i think the guy from pacific rim lied to you to make a sale never make a decision based 100 on what an employee tells you ive heard bike shop employees say that a 200 dollar redline is the top of the line bike for street and park and that felt bikes are a unproven company and not to trust them( the only other bmx shop in town carries felt bikes ) i wonder why he said that

for all you guys saying that that bike is not good for freeriding
your wrong
Cameron Zink won the 2006 Crankworx slopestyle on a haro shift
it clearly cant be a bad bike to ride beacause im sure
cam zink push the bike harder than most guys would do on a full on downhill bike
