its his bike, let him put what he wants on it, maybe he has a guard on the top incase he falls off his bike, and the other one to prevent his legs from rubbing his frame. the tape looks pretty cool, and its better then what most of you kids do, sticking random stickers like Circa, and other skateboarding logo's that have nothing to do with biking in the worst spots like the middle of the makers name on the frame.
