I got her a pedal-less bike before, but I think she should be big enough to start learning how to ride a regular bike now. I'm probably going to get her one next month.

how does the suspension go?and does it petal okay with the chain like that?

The suspension's design is made so when the rear wheel goes up, it doesn't get closer to the frame, this is because of the double linkage, and the pulley keep the chain straight even when the rear suspension is compressed all the way... as for pedaling, I don't feel the bobing effect as much as my old stinky, but then, my old stinky wasn't as good of a bike as that one.
