 Rockshox stands behind they're product for a full two years, which is double compared to most suspension makers.
The initial run of 2-Steps we're troublesome, but from what our suppliers have told us the issue has been corrected...It's always interesting to hear if you've had actual product issue, but perpetuating something you've heard online isn't relevant.

 $650!!???!!ya right thats soo cheap. He wont sell for $650. 2 steps are like over $1200 new, just like that one. $899, for a new one is a hell of a deal.

 2 steps are almost 1600 new so what your asking is like god price. i work in a bike store in mtl and i cant even get that good of a deal.

thats a bit pricy considering you buy these for 700 at most bike stores in edmonton.

650? i'll trade some brand new double track rims and cash...
