why a medium liz??

I sat on it and it felt right. I've been riding longer bikes since the last sx and think the small would have felt too cramped. This is an inch shorter than my Cove and an inch longer than the last sx so it's all good

Nice, looks much better with a chainguide than without one. I had the same LG-1 on my SX Trail, loved it. It plays well with my S-Works Enduro now, though.

The medium has a heavier spring 350lbs. When I had the small it was a 300 and it was a bit on the soft side. But once I set this one up right it was perfect

I would say so. Its not that heavy you can't throw it about.
