actually josh these are sticker kits...as in the ones ones that go on bikes. They are like $20 new plus $25 brokrage fee.

COD to ship, but ONLY if we pay for shipping first???? Why? Are you worried that they won't be picked up?
The whole purpose of COD is to ensure the seller that he gets paid on delivery, AND to insure the buyer that something will actually be sent rather than risk being scammed. If people have to pay shipping first (by Paypal or MO I'm guessing), why even have COD as an option? Just seems very sketchy, even if it's for next to no money.
