You people are really dumb if you think this frame is weak. It's 4130 Aircraft quality steel, much stronger than any aluminum dh bike out there today.

Scuse me, but there is no way that skinny tubed Steel frame, would hold up to bigger hits than every Aluminum frame on the world wide market! Lets see that hold up to the JAW DROP, as the Karpiel Appocolypse did four times!

the point of a steel bike is to be able to use less material for an end product which is just as strong if not stronger than aluminum. i'm sure this bike could easily hold up to the jah drop if it had twice the mass but whats the point? who else but bender is gunna break a steel frame? nice bike dude!

i got the guys to make me one 1/2inch longer. he changed the thickness of a few tubes, new bike is 48.3lbs.

its actually nice and stiff, my old stinky had more rear flex than this. the pivot bearings are huge and the new downtube is REAL thick.
