I can't help but notice that every time I see someone make a stupid comment, I check to see they're profile and they are like 14 years old or so. I you don't know what you are talking about then you just shouldn't say anything at all. And like nshepp says. Gibsons are more of a status guitar. But they are still worth a lot of money. Especially the old ones. The older it is the more it is worth. You can't compare a new one to an old one. And a 14 year old telling someone to get a job. And I bet your parents pay for your bikes, don't they?

Yes and if it were a 1958 Les Paul Custom it could fetch as much as $50,000. But I suppose that your new $2500 Les Paul would be as good as that too. Tool.

Your guys are retards, its like in mint shape, and it orignal 1984 gibson les paul, 6 grand is accually cheap, take your crappy les paul custom that you just bought, that is weight releved, and wont even sound the same as this guitar, quiality back then was wayyyyyy better than it is now, so this guitar is amazing, end of story.

Well, a Gibson is a "status guitar"...that's it point blank end of story, i had one and sold it for 9g's, it sounded and played like crap but the collector who bought it said it was one of the best ones he had played...look nice, but that's it, i'll take 513 anyday over a "LESS" Paul(For you jack a$$es with nothing better to do in there life than point out mistakes in spelling, i know the "Les" is wrong...you were probably to slow to get it)
