uhm. what fork comes with bolt on axle mounts? or is a dorado, and those are the fork guards.. because i can't figure it out..

Who cares if its old... has this ever happened to you? and maybe all of us dont read MBUK... A we dont live there and dont get it or B it sucks and nobody wants it...
dont give negative props to the people who say that its fake, it honestly is, the owner of the picture admitted it on submitting to mbuk. this picture is EVERYWHERE
Probably not fake, but I have a subscription of MBUK, and this was the seccond magazine I ever got, remember it very well..
I dont know why you guys got that in a uk magazine, because it happened here in kelowna BC Canada. I know for a fact that its real, the guy riding the bike is one of my best friends.
He was riding down the trail boss hog, and thought the squirrel would run out of the way, when instead it ran right into his spokes. Also the squirrel was alive when this picture was taken. Besides have any of you ever seen a fake squirrel that looks that real? And who would bring fake blood up to the trail to smear it on the rotor? The only reason i assume they said it was fake was to please all the animal cruelty people.

you will find the squirrel is real but the reality of the squirrel running into the wheel is actually fake, and it happened in Glentress, fact. rider is riding and spots a dead squirrel, puts it over his rotor for a joke, someone takes a pic of it 'cos it looks funny, next day its all over pinkbike and MBUK. eyes of animals (including humans) only shut when either someone shuts them, or when the body starts decaying and going hard, the skin and everything will wrinkle as the water comes out, skin tightens and in turn shuts the eyes, dont ask me how i know, just remember it from a lesson in biology.
I would have run that thing as a custom disc guard until it smelled bad, then I would get nose plugs and keep rocking it on my bike because that is the single funniest thing I have seen all day. This is the greatest picture ever!!! POD for sure!! I think I will name him/her Squishy. I'm not even being sarcastic, this is great. To the rider: impeccable timing!! According to my point system, you just earned 500 points. That makes my day, respect. I know I sound cruel to animals, but this is not an intentional slaying, it's a perfect example of survival of the fittest. The stupid squirrel decided to run in front of a bike, was too slow, got owned, we laughed, some pussies whined and talked shit. We can do without the retarded, slow-ass squirrel, more food for smarter, faster rodents, end of story.

something like this happend to me once. i was ridin through the woods near me house an a squirrel ran out of a bush into me wheel and out agen . an sumhow it survived lol
