If you did what Im doing and get a fox 32 you could save like 3-4lbs just on your front end. a bolt on hub only weighs like 120grams too, and if you got a macneil pivotal sysem your seat could be less then 1/2 a lb

Nah, this fork is under 5 pounds already, a Fox 32 is like 3.5 I'd loose just over a pound. My seat setup is less the a pivitol system, chopped thomson post hiding under that seat! With my new wheels, tires and tubes it'll be in the 26 pound area anyways, which is what I want it at.

The cranks are Macneil Conjoined's. A full single speed setup will probably cost you 250 if you buy cranks, chain, sprocket and a cog
