I really don't like the Commencal frames. I think they are quite ugly. Rode one in Pleney and it really was a busted and clanky piece of scrap metal. But maybe that's also because it was a rental and badly built up. But apart from that - hope yours works well and makes you happy.

Making your judgement based on a rental bike in one of the most over used bike venues in the world is one of the stupidest approaches to human thought I've ever had to endure trickn0l0gy! I've witnessed jellyfish come up with better ideas than thinking that up and then coming on here and typing it up. What a waste of knuckle lube, and remember, you need to save all of yours up for when you're dragging them across the floor..
They'll let anybody ride those bikes, even idiots like you, trickn0l0gy! If your really didn't like it why rent it? I rode a few Iron Horse demo bikes in Whistler, and they were completely screwed, but I had good sense enough to realise that they don't leave the factory like that! I've since rode quite a few new ones and I don't even relate them to the rental bikes.
If you don't like a frame, then don't buy it. That's the beauty of a free society. A system that some have tried to destroy in the past... (now who could that be, I wonder...? I forget)
Don't just take your jaded, contrived, and uneducated views and spit them out at someone who has considered long and hard what to buy, and is clearly elated to have received the final product. As for the looks, that's purely objective. As an example, I don't like men in leather shorts. Where as some (In countries which will remain anonymous.) find it exciting enough to dress up, congregate in groups and prance about in the street...and have a cheek to call it 'traditional entertainment'.

But Gadmack the problem with what your saying is that tricknology was using the right that we all fought for - free speech and the ability to voice your opinion. You obviously dont even uderstand what the war was about yet are happy to use it (completely inappropriately) as a pretext to bash a german because his opinion differs from yours (hmmm, who's the real NAZI here?). Hey, meh-, What kind of a name is that? It's not even a word it's just a sound made by a limp sheep, At least gadmack, as an example, has a couple of syllables to rub together. I'm immensely proud and in awe of all those who fought for the paradise that we live in the democratic west, compared to the vast majority of the rest of the world. And I fully appreciate that freedom is far from free.
