POD! Great shot mate! Whered that come from?
I just love the clouds. They look like they have been copied from the cartoon! Huh, lighting, ride and quality in general are cool! POD
Why's it dumb to ride with an iPod?! Riding whilst listening to some rocking tunes gets me even more pumped! You should try it!
the only dumb thing about riding with an iPod is if you haven't put any music on it. Lovely pic, nice job.
In the UK the rear brake is on the left side. I'm not sure, but I think it's because their motorcycles are set up like that. Who knows, bun brakes. Sick pic.

Very sick mate, this is a re-post though right? I'm sure i've seen it before. Still though, great shot well worthy of pod.
There can be only one POD. Just because it's POD doesn't mean it's the "BEST PIC EVAR," so don't get your panties in a bunch.

I'm one of the rider's at this spot, we're holding a jam on 18th may... Infact we're making a promo video tonight which we'll post up soon.
ah, but are you sure you're not just a character in a computer game? lol........wtf is it with all these "photoshopped" accusers. Pull yourselves away from your pc's and get out on your bikes!!! there is NO conspiracy...there really are people who can ride well, just accept it!!!
Just because someone says it's photoshopped doesn't mean that they're saying that the trick isn't real. Sometimes photos need a little boost to make the photo nicer. It's not a bad thing, that's what what photoshop is for. In this case, the sky was done in photoshop because otherwise it would have been completely white. Not a big deal.

yeah, I've only ever seen a few non-white riders. It's the same way with snowboarding too. Check this out http://stuffwhitepeoplelike.wordpress.com/2008/02/10/61-bicycles/

to NSSuburban26, im the rider from the photo. and why dont you grow up and stop with the racism. was there any need to say that, how does it matter who is on the bike. once riding everyone should be just enjoying the ride no matter who they are.
NSSuburban26, you are one racist mother f*cker, are you saying because i'm white i'm a good free rider???........ f*ck'n sweet keep up the riding, PROPS
i know im gonna get negative props for this but THAT PICTURE IS >>>>>PHOTOSHOPPED
1) look at the clouds
2)why is the sky GREY and the sun isnt actually yellow
and if your gunna say because of the camera how come his pedals are proper colour and so is he but not the background?

i kno a guy hu can get bigger no foot cans than that and look better but its a nice pic ill give it that
Great picture. The sky IS photoshopped tho, the rider is not and the trick is not. I'm pretty sure all good photographers use some form of editing to either sharpen, brighten, or change the colours completely. not a bad thing though at all. Love the pic though.
This is true, though i'm not 100% sure, the dude taking pics sure as hell had a serious setup though, lenses almost as big as my forks and such.
i couldt help but noticing the wireless flash setup u have there it would have made the shot absolutely unbelievable if u used that to ur advantage but otherwise absolutely amazing shot
amazing shot guys looking at the comments a realy varied range and people are complatinig about photo shopping well even if it has been shopped its still made an awesome picture i think you should stop bitching and give some more credtit to the rider and photographer and as for racism, well you shouldent be allowed on this site biking brings people toether and it doesnt matter who or what you are us bikers are all the same and thats that !

Hi Guys, Im Si Medlicott (the photorapher)
Just to settle the argument on photoshop, there were some adjustments to this image which i will list.
-I pulled the highlights back by 2 stops (The reason why there is not so much detail in the clouds and the greyish looking sky, this was my fault at the time of the shot for not getting exposure spot on)
-Vingeting
I just had this image in an exhibition at the focus on imaging event at the NEC in UK, which had an average of 3000 people per day. Feedback was good and this was coming from many top professionals from all areas.
So if you have some negative feedback.. i really couldnt give one..

ok on the photoshoped comment like come on just because its got some crazy lighting and some crazy riding. not everything is photoshoped not every photo that has some blur in some spots is photoshoped and not saying its this photo but everyphoto lately some one has been saying its photoshoped. And i'm tired of hearing every DH shot of a guy drifting into a berm is photoshoped it just means he has some skill.
And to rider and the photorapher PROPS to you guys
And to rider and the photorapher PROPS to you guys
exactly correct angle
who cares if its shoped or not, just enjoy. Pic looks really good and the trick isn't faked with PS.
people people people. just cuz the sky looks photoshopped doesnt mean the rider was. jesus, its common sense. come on
