There are approx 200-300 steps descending the east cliff- you can do your own Red Bull city ride! Make sure you have some friends spread along it's flanks to warn you if there's someone walking up them. I did'nt and had to stop a couple of times!

Friends help- i was on my Jack Jones and had to stop for an old geezer coming up! Got back on and caned the bottom set- which tightens up into a right hand hairpinfurther down.
It's quite easy to crash indeed if you bomb it!!!
