He launched off that big hill after the Tissot jump at Fort William and flat landed it! The bike took the brunt of it, Ian was fine, he walked away with a big smile on his face!

Just before this shot was taken, some little kid said "Hey, can I buy your bike, Mister?"!

I remember this program on Discovery Channel "Extreme Machines".. and one series was about bicycles.. and they shoes this Giant.. and claimed it to be the best DH bike (That time)... which is no doubt.. as that time even i was like jawdropped when i saw that bike. Disc brakes! Full suspension!... i was drooling.

Well it couldn't have been that good because the ATX was developed to tempt John Tomac to re-sign with Giant, which of course, he did. And rode an Intense M1 with Giant stickers.
