I have a kona stinky with a lot of upgrades including a shiver on the front and a dhx 3 on the back. new bars, casette, brake levers, seat, paint, and stem. it is a 17 inch frame so that would fit you better. Not sure if you are stuck on the trek frame or are willing to go for something else.
